In Croatia best is LINKS SHOP. They are little expensive than others but support is good. They also have a lot of shops cross country so you can send your device on repair if it's broken.

There is no particular shop here which is good for maintainance, some of the technician charges super expensive, thus have to alert and have some sense before deal with them.
