Pedophiles are being able to make monetized pedofile content because the video titles are in Russian so they are able to get away from the censors because the censors only target English videos. Many sponsors pull off again from Youtube after finding out their ads are use for these pedophile friendly videos. This might lead to another adpocalypse. So they demonetized many innocent Youtubers but these pedo videos are monetized because they are not English.
YouTube is always going through controversies. Another main one is false claiming of copyright. For example, someone uploads a vid, and I claim 'copyright' on their music or whatever, and they can't do anything about it for a while, in th meantime whatever royalties they get goes to me.
Yes, this is another big issue for youtube. Those who want to do bad things (not only on youtube but everywhere) are always looking for opportunities and is impossible to control everything, so they have many oportunities, unfortunatley. Youtube are so big, nowadays, that's impossible to control many situations... And this is a sad situation. I hope they find a big solution to end with issues like this one

wow that is crazy I have heard there is pedo stuff and illegal porn even on there. They hide it by just putting numbers or weird titles that only they know.' Or other langauge. But can't the FBI find and shut down those pedos no matter if they use English or not? it does not seem right that content can sneak onto youtube.

Yes they do! Otherwise it will become a hub for bad things. Which I have heard there are already a lot of bad videos on there, and not much is being done.
Yes i know one time someone showed where you can find links to bad porn and snuff on youtube. I did not click of course because I do not want to get in trouble. But it is disturbing to know that stuff is even on youtube. It should not even be on there.

Yes, so YouTube needs to put in more stringent checks regarding what kind of content is available.

Even if the language is not English and one does not understands English, unsuitable content can be figured out. Or may be YouTube needs to hire people with a variety of language skills.
Yes they demonetized all my channles and none of them were sexual or violent in any way. Yes and all these bad channels stay open under the radar. They should re monetize my channels Now I am struggling to get 1000 subs just to get paid off videos again. It is a shame. Their new rules are stupid.. oh well they lose money from being so stupid lol
YouTube must take strict action against the inappropriate videos, instead of demonetizing the innocent video makers who create good content. YouTube has billions of users all around the world, so it needs to work harder to ensure it's free of any kind of bad content.
Yes i agree go after the bad guys! leave the good guys alone! I do not approve. they should re montize my videos, as I am motivated to start producing videos daily again.

Yes, I agree - the innocents always have to bear the brunt due to excessive abuse caused by few unscrupulous elements. I hope they re-monetize your videos and you can get back on track right away.

I'm sorry to hear about all of this. I was hoping to come up with a way to make money via YouTube. But now I'm discouraged these comments.
None of my videos should have lost ads i had over 300,000 views. I think it's dumb I have to get 1000 subs per channel to re monetize. I will put in the work to get there.. But it will take some time I guess.

YouTube used to be the champion service provider for video makers. Now there is competition with other service providers. Not to mention YouTube is not Google's best-earning product or service. When you see companies making changes and restrictions like that, there is no doubt their profits have been impacted and they're trying to figure out ways of staying afloat. You have to roll with the punches because the alternative that they don't provide YouTube at all OR they start making everybody pay to use it. Right now, even though I don't use the channel, my YT channel is free. I don't want Google to start charging for this service.
