Scientists are now developing Job interviewing robots

Postby Netherrealmer » 24 Mar 2019, 20:13

Job interviewer for the HR department is one of the few jobs available for Psychological graduates. The fact that most unemployed College Graduates are Psychology majors means something a lot. Guess what Scientists are now developing Job interviewing robots who can judge you if you are deserving by it's programming. This is sad for me because this is one of the few jobs for Psychology graduates and Human resources graduates and it will be taken away from them.

Humankind are not aware of the agenda, the speed of the introduction to the AI in our lives is increasing drastically and the goal is to connect human conscious to the AI believe it or not. When that happens we loose our humanity, we won't think by ourselves, humans will just become cyborgs. The micro shipping of humans is already a reality, the 5G will be a disgrace to humankind, people need to search for the truth behind all of it, people need to awake because this global agenda is our doom.

I'm not sure it was a good idea to make it manlike or spend years programming facial expressions. People will still think it's creepy and feel embarrassed like in every other job interview anyway.

I wonder if people will be able to find loopholes from these robots. I mean they are AI after all.

The problem here is that this Robots are programmed thus they ask specific question.
This is not good because some questions are meant to come from an already given answer. The only time Robot does this is when it was programmed so , otherwise it will skip to next question

Like in Industrial Revolution, where people were substituted by machines, We are now being substituted by robots.
Nowadays, every factory has some robots that make some specific jobs better than us.
However, in this cases (Job interviewers) I'm sure that robots will not substitute us... at least in the time soon. Perhaps in some decades :)

Well this could be something that could increase unemployment. Yet Robots would be machines. Machines break down, need maintenance and guidance too. So human roles would change but not vanish all together.

The key would be human re-skilling and re-educating but whether the Governments or Private enterprise invest in this remains to be seen.

I believe it's the program developers with the help of psychologists who develop it. Although, with these robots coming to life I feel like we're getting into the Elysium movie.

If job interviews starts getting analyzed by A.I, then I can imagine the interviews being cold hearted and very difficult to ace. Even if somebody is right for the job, he/she will be totally rejected if they don't fit the A.I's criteria, everything will be very unnatural.

I don't think robot can detect what impression somebody left. Robot can only detect correct or wrong answer, like exam.

If I will be interviewed by a robot I think I will feel weird and awkward because of none facial expression. I really want someone that i can communicate and understand, like there is an emotion given so that I can answer the question to how human I was.

Yes that is also one possibility, so AI use in Interviews needs to be done with caution.
