I think for the most parts it is customer loyalty. I myself have always found Apple products very reliable and creative. I'm a little worried that if I bought an Android it just wouldn't have the same amount of flexible user features.
I am thinking about getting a Google Pixel though.

Some people go for iPhone for the features there in. Some andriod phones have limited features so if you're tech savvy then getting an iPhone will be alot better.

They are good but they are closed world. It's hard connect Iphone to any other device with different OS like Windows, Android, Linux.

I agree with you on this because i have tried connecting an android to an iPhone, it was indeed stressful

Because I think the iPhone has more features than Android and iPhone has higher performance with less ram, and android sometimes lags.

It is more of a status symbol, though I think safety wise, Apple being a product of a more closed environment would be safer than Android phones.

May be iPhone has lesser number of background processes or inbuilt system Apps than Android.

I heard an iPhone is great, but I am ok with the Android, I see no need to buy an expensive phone for the things I do with it.

I think I quite agree with your point because a moderate Android phone can do almost everything an iPhone does.

I much prefer Android phones. I know iPhone is savvier and has more latest features and whatnot but Android is good enough for me and works just fine for the things that I need to do.
