Many site and apps offers two visual mode, dark (or night) or light mode. Many people choose dark mode because of to much light on big screen can be to much for eyes. Viber also added this mode into their interface. You can find int Viber Settings.

Dark mode for me when there's the option. I uninstalled Viber though so no longer necessary for this one. The bright lights don't work well in the long run. Even immediately it sometimes will trigger headaches.

Yes, use it but I don't remember seeing anything like that in the settings. I could check though and try it if it's there.
