Would you break a non-disclosure agreement with your company job in order to bring justice?

Postby Alaskah » 19 Jun 2019, 19:34

If you worked for a popular social media company and knew that something was happening that shouldn't be... would you tell someone? What about if you signed a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) to keep quiet? Would you find justice more important than that NDA?

It's no secret that Facebook has moderators to keep people in line with the Terms & Conditions of FB. Thus, Facebook has multiple sites for people to work. In Tampa, three employees spoke out about their not-so-great working conditions. Unfortunately for them, that means they're now dealing with legal issues. Do you think it was worth it?

Different thing are working conditions, different thing is some very infromation. If you don't like working conditions, change job.

But would you feel okay letting your co-workers work is nasty conditions? I don't think I personally could ignore feces on the walls and just change jobs like it was nothing.

well you could do it but they'd sue you and despite the moral issues they'd legally win. So if you like eating catfood out of a skip, you should.
