Amazon has released the Echo Show 5 , the "5" referring to its 5.5-inch diagonal display. This smaller version is designed for desks and nightstands.

New features in this latest model include brightness adjustment based on ambient lighting, ability to play slideshow of Facebook photos, and an upcoming new integration with wikiHow accessing videos by voice.
