Here comes an electrifying way of riding the waves. The Awake RÄVIK is an electric motorized surfboard designed to easily reach high speeds. This board accelerates from 0 to 50 KPH in just four seconds, with a top speed of 56 KPH. Its carbon fiber body enables it to withstand hard impacts while protecting the internal electrical components.

Using lithium-ion battery technology, the RÄVIK delivers 40 minutes of ride time on a single charge (with the option of swapping out the pack for longer riding). The integrated LED indicator on the battery pack lets you know when its time to head back to shore.

Concerning safety, the RÄVIK uses one sensor to monitor temperature and another to trigger an automatic shutdown in the event the board is flipped over.

Is this even safe? It looks like an electrocution risk waiting to happen.

It's safe until it's not. :| I imagine it had to meet safety standards before being made available to the general public. We know better though - never 100% without risk.

In fact don't look safe but look super cool :)
Unfortunately is something that I would never use... How could I use it without fall?
I believe it is need practice... but it is interesting, especially in places where there are no waves :)

   I don't think you'll fall off if you stay on the flat waters but it will kind of seem like cheating though. Lol, what is surfing without waves? This surfboard itself seems more like a jet ski only that we'll be standing instead of sitting.

It might be good during times there are no waves since this surfboard makes artificial waves

It creates excitement for sure but likely not capable of creating any real surf waves. It seems more like a speed boat without the added protection, haha.
