Hello guys!

Have you have the TV Samsung LE32A552P3R?
I have one and, yesterday it stoped worling from nothing...
It turns on but no sound or image.

Some ideas?

If you cant send to warranty will be hard to find the problem by yourself in that kind of equipment better try look for technician on your area.

Have you checked your inputs? Is it a black screen? Is there any color on the screen. My parents sometimes get on the wrong input so their screen is black with no sound. They have a 'Input" button on the remote and when this happens they move to HDMI in the list of inputs which brings picture back. Not sure how your TV is setup though.

I figured out whats going on... kind of...
So:
If I put the TV on any inputs but the TV, power off the TV and turn on again, it don't shows image and sound, even when I change the volume...
If I put the TV in TV mode (antena), turn off and on again, I don't have any problems...

This only happens when I turn off the TV with Scart, HDMI, etc...
I don't have warranty...

don't try to repair it unless if you are good with electronics

I know a person who can repair it but, if you guys arround here had the same problem whit this TV, its would be nice

Tried checking the ports for faults? As in, check it's not the screen/sound but the ports themselves? (Hdmi, Scart, etc)

If you have the warranty card, you better take it to the service centre and they will fix the problem free of cost. If your TV is a few years old and warranty is invalid, then you have to check the picture tube. Power module and mother board

i cant help you in that really and don't try to repair it just call the company to repair it for you

Go to there company they will you for sure Samsung is a very trusted company and they may pay back if you have warranty of it.

So if you are in Antena mode then you don't have like a digital cable box or anything? You just have a cable line running to the TV or are you just getting like antena signal? I don't hear tell of many people using Antena unless they don't have cable. But I am confused as to why your turning off in HDMI or Scart, those are going to be a black screen if nothing is hooked up to the ports or whatever.

I guess this is semi difficult without knowing how you have things hooked up or whatever. To know the correct input and such.

Maybe it has some factory defect in it. I suggest you should see a technician to see how it can be repaired.

Can you even visualize the TV Menu? If yes than it can be a configuration problem if not what I might suggest is resetting your television.

On the remote:

Press EXIT for 12 seconds, and then press Enter. Wait a few minutes then shut down the TV.

If that doesn't work, Press EXIT for 12 seconds, and then push the down arrow key on the remote, and then press Enter.

If that reset doesn't work, you may need to have the unit inspected.
