The DRR Stealth is a battery powered all-terrain vehicle, built with search and rescue missions in mind. Its silent design gives the rider an advantage of hearing any surrounding sounds, rather than that of its engine. The DRR Stealth is not restricted to rescue teams but is also made for outdoor adventures in general. It's an adult only vehicle and not for use by anyone under the age of 16 or without a valid driver's license.

Unlike conventional ATVs, the Stealth releases no carbon dioxide and creates no noise pollution. It is capable of reaching a top speed of 35 mph, with a range of 35-38 miles uphill (expandable with an optional second battery pack). The battery is recharged by plugging the charging port into a standard 3-prong outlet.

Yes, the scooter probably wouldn't be able to handle all the uneven roads and such. Also the seating on this seems more comfortable than that of a scooter and you can cruise around noise free. I like it too.
