They give another touch or style to the Excel spreadsheet. You should go to “Data”, and from there go to “Data Validation”. Once another tab is displayed, the choice of “Data validation” will be repeated. A new window will appear. There the user must search and choose the "List" option. There you must check the "Origin" option and select the desired column or list and then "Accept". This action will enable a small drop-down box at the bottom edge of the chosen cell. By clicking there, the entire drop-down list selected above will appear. If you try to find something inside the empty cell and unintentionally the user is wrong at the time of writing, the program will warn that the word is not found within the chosen list.
There is also a slightly simpler way to carry out the “drop-down list”. If the list of “Formulas” does not appear within the bar to check which one contains the cells, you must go to “View” and look for the “Formulas Bar” tab. When the “Formulas Bar” is displayed, it will appear immediately.
