Sextortion scam

Postby Netherrealmer » 11 Oct 2019, 20:07

Remember the security data breach that happened with Yahoo mail years ago? What did the hackers did to those Yahoo mail passwords and usernames? Well they sell to a black market of scammers. Those scammers have no interest on logging in with your email but they use it to harass you with reverse psychology.

I received this email:

Image

Image

I didn't fell for this trick because I know that password is something I used in an abandoned Yahoo mail I don't use anymore. I am indeed a pervert that watches porn but I am not a fool who dont turn off my webcam when I am not using it because of my limited usb ports. I also cover my webcam when I am not using it. Also I watch porn with a cameraless smartphone.(yes it exist)

I replied,

"Sorry me speak no English, do you speak Ancient Sumerian?"

The scammer didn't reply on my trolling.

If you receive this email, don't worry they only know your yahoo password. If you still use that Yahoo account, just change the password. Don't send bitcoins to these scammers, if you send them something they will ask you to send more. I found out a college guy commited suicide for falling for this scam. Poor guy thought he will have a solo video on the internet.

Report the Bitcoin address to this site: BitcoinWhosWho.com so their bitcoin address will be detected by authorities.

Why $889? Why not 500$, 900$ or any round number?

I dont know why the troll is asking for the price. The scammer replied to me now telling me this is not a joke and he will spread my non existent video to my family and friends. I replied that Nina Hartley is my mom and Ron Jeremy is my dad and that it will make them proud that I am a second generation pornstar.

He said he knows my Yahoo password again to threaten me.

You can tell it's a scammer. Because he says
if girl knows about the porn how it would affect is not proper grammer lol.

So these guys steal passwords when people go to porn sites?
or he is lying right? they hacked yahoo but claim it was from porn.

Nope he doesnt, He bought Yahoo usernames and passwords from black market. 2 years ago Yahoo got data breach. These scammers know 73 percent of women and 98 percent of men watches porn (prude people just deny it) due to a recent study. So Many people will feel guilty of watching porn if someone who knows their password accuses them. So when someone told them they know their password and shows a password they know, They will easily panic and believe its true.

I just told the scammer that if he is real, he should have uploaded my so called video by now but all he have is password threat. I ask him to describe what I look like. He have nothing to say.

A college kid just commited suicide because he thought these emails are real.

It is just crazy how that stuff happens. I have heard people running this scam.
But once you call them out on their BS they become quiet because they know they are lying.

Huh-huh, it is really funny, I get a whale of scamming emails every day: about my masturbation, inheritance, "Nigerian letters", whatever. As soon as my email was published as an official one on my site, I started to get just an enormous number of emails. Just dunno how to get rid of that. Sometimes I even mixed up "the good emails" with "bad ones". :x

Make email filter which will redirect all emails from provided domain into trash.

One of the most intimidating spams since they know your old password. You can imagine how it can manipulate naive people.

It would probably scare people if they signed up to porn sites and forums with that e mail lol
then they would think for sure they got them. lol
but either way if someone did not use that e mail to get access to porn sites..
then you can know are just lying

Yeah I dont even register to pornhub to use it. Its very optional. But because 85 percent of people goes to porn sites. The scammers are able to catch some people who got freaked out by an old password.

When I received one last week, I was tempted to reply with, "Can I have the video of myself masturbating so that I can masturbate to it?"

But it''s as funny as the nIgerian king who wanted to give people millions
but first you had to send him 2000 dollars to get your money lol

Yes, definitely worthwhile changing your password. They clearly have access to an old password.
