Right now 40 year olds who likes on their 20's already exist. Without technology there is a recent natural trend of 30 year olds looking like underage teenagers.

Some of them are able to stay young because of active and healthy lifestyle while others are only young outside because their Youth is a product of plastic surgery. Others are just lucky to have Youthful DNA.

Well These scientist claims that they found a compound that can reverse aging healthwise! So imagine being a senior citizen but has the stamina and strength of a person on their prime.

I'm in my 60s but look about 90 at the moment as I have man flu so I could do with some of this! Too late for me I think but it occurred to me that birth and death are natural processes. People live their lives and then die to make way for new people starting their lives. If the dying process was delayed there would be a population explosion

People living longer wont really cause overpopulation. Look what long lifespan did to the population of Japan and Switzerland. People there live long while couples are not interested on having babies because they live long. People getting married on their late 30's and early 40's.

Also only rich people will benefit from this. The poor will remain having short and average life.

The new technology does not focus on appearance but on Biological Youth. 20 year old looking 50 year olds exist but due to cosmetic enhancements like creams, treatments ,diets and surgeries..

Me too. I would even be fine if I look a 100 year old person when I am in my 60s just as long as I have the physical condition of a healthy young person.

Sorry to burst your bubble but there is no God. Religion existed because people are afraid to die and they use faith on something magical to appease them from mortality. The only way afterlife can exist is mind upload which is being developed now by Elon Musk

I know Vegan diet is being used now to look young but its not for everyone. Recently there is a study that the diabetic medicine Metformin have anti aging effects. Diabetics that uses metformin lives longer and in case of non diabetics they also lived longer and have better life quality.

Whatever happened to ageing gracefully?! Everyone seems to want to look young forever but as we know, it's just never going to happen. These 60 year olds may look like 20 year olds but at the end of the day, you can't pause time.Imagine looking 20 when everyone around you knows you're actually 80

Look at me, I'm 40-something - wink wink - but each time I tell people my age, they fall off their chairs My four younger siblings look older than me. Such treatments and medicines could indeed make people feel more youthful. However, the richer folks might get access to them first.
I recall from Robert Ludlum's "The Sigma Protocol" where a person gets access to special treatments and medicines that make him look almost 30 to 35 years younger, but some of those treatments were a bit so grotesque !!
Perhaps we could see more of these things in the coming future.

Exercise, and Balanced (well no way, imbalanced) vegetarian diet always helps.

I've decided that if they gave me a choice between looking like I'm 20 and feeling like I'm 20, I'll take the latter. I remember when I used to jump up out of bed. I don't do that any more.

People use to say that I have good genes, my mom is 70 but who doesn't know her thinks she isn't 60 yet. I am also in my 40s but people use to say that I look younger. I have always being careful with my diet and I try to use good cosmetics in my skin, the only point that I really need to improve is physical activity.

There is already a population explosion and many ways diabolically gave been researched and created to see how the world population can reduce even further without attributing it to artificial courses.
But that is a natural theory to believe that both death and life are inevitable.WHAT IS JUST IMPORTANT THOUGH IS TO DIE FULFILED.

Actually longer lifespans and healthspan will trim the population. Look at Japan and Switzerland. Their governments are begging married couples to have unsafe sex. People don't bother having kids because of their long lifespan. Many people decided not to get married because longer lifespan means more expensive cost of living.

Yet India and many other countries are very very far off from the ways of Japan and Switzerland and Japan.
Here we still have many people who have 4/5 or more kids, and many do not think in terms of Family planning or good living for their kids.
