If I am rich, I will buy my cat this one.

Postby Netherrealmer » 19 Jan 2020, 10:03

I am a cat lover and loving cats is not common in my country. My area, no one sells litter boxes. So rather than buying a litter box to my cat, My cat uses a plastic basin.

Scooping out the excrements is the most annoying part of owning a litter box but this $500 robot is a self cleaning litter box that will scoop out the poops for you. It is expensive but for a lifetime it will save you money in cat litter because it keeps it dry and it uses black light to kill the germs. It is also cool looking, It looks like a Star destroyer from Star Wars.

For now I will be contended on using the plastic basin with rice husk since my house never stink but Someday I will buy that robot litter box.

There is also another cheaper litter box robot.

What makes me like it is that multiple cats can share the same litter box because its self cleaning. I think the Petsafe one though looks less intimidating for cats.

We have more than 5 adopted cats at home and this AI technology can help us save a lot of time and money. Cat litter is quite expensive here and we need to buy a bag every two weeks.

Have you considered using rice hulls? it is a very cheap material that could be common in your country. Its like 9 cents per sack. To get some benifits from your cats, Try petting your cat near your chest, the vibrations of purring prevents heart disease.

My cat in our house is eating all the rat in my neighborhood that is why they really love our cat and most of the time they are giving some fish to it.

Oh, so I have been getting heart benefits from my cats all this time aside of course from the joy they are bringing to my heart. Rice hulls are probably cheaper to buy when you live near agricultural areas. Those who live near seas and beaches can use sand instead of rice hulls. One time I tried to buy coarse sand from construction shops. It was relatively cheaper than the ones sold in pet shops. However, my cats decided to make the box their playground. All four of them learned to use the bathroom's drainage for their needs.

Chicken feed is also another cheap alternative to kitty litter that you can buy. Its ground corn and rice husks both have the ability to kill the bad smell.

In the past we used to have a cat, she does hee poop outside the house and stays out too. Hence we do not any problems with poop litter. Even if i could afford this techno stuff, i doubt would want to use it either. Waste of money
