thx, I mean I have sent/shared some files outside, but can I check what files and who I have shared ?

How did you send these files? Via email or another sharing app?

If you forgot how did you share your files then it's nearly impossible to know what did you share!! . Are you serious?
If you shared those files via Bluetooth then this is how I do it on Android 9.0
1-Go to Settings >> Bluetooth >> Turn on Bluetooth.
2-Once you turn Bluetooth on you will get a notification, pull down your notifications bar and click on the new Bluetooth notification it would be labeled something like "Bluetooth transfers" there you will see all the latest Bluetooth transfers.

Check all apps with options for send files. There is no universal way to check all apps at once.

I have to agree with this, if you had known which app you used to send something, then there would've been a possibility of finding what you had sent, but that possibility now seems jeopardized.

then I will only block the permissions of most applications apps so I will not send files or photos accidentally
