Starcraft

I've been watching Starcraft 2 for years but only now I'm starting to play the game. Actually I've been playing some Brood War years ago but I was really bad and I never used hotkeys or anything. Right now I'm using the free starter edition but I'm planning to upgrade to full version soon. With starter I can't play matchmaking or ladder, I can only compete with AI unfortunately. In my first game ever, I was floating 2K minerals, turtled up in my base and got totally overrun...by AI on "very easy" haha. Right now I'm beating AI on very hard. I know it's nothing like playing against real opponents but it helps me to get comfortable with unit control and learn micro before transitioning to the real deal.

Any Starcraft players here? Are you looking forward to Legacy of the Void? Are you at all interested in competitive / esports side of things?

I know, old topic. Looking for anyone who may potentially have played it by now. I've started playing Starcraft 2, but not yet competitively. Got the updated edition of the Original game as the Remastered Version. Still love playing that in multiplayer.

Note: Do not send me FC, if I haven't agreed to do something yet. If you send me FC and I hadn't agreed to do something, consider it as a donation, as I will not pay it back to you. Donations sent without an agreement every single time, are considered as donations. It will not be refundable, if I do not agree to it in each instance.

Thanks!

Olivia Rodrigo was not even born yet when that game got famous. I think it got replaced by Dota which started as a mod of a starcraft game.
