You know those games where you cannot see the character, You only see their hand or weapon. People who prefers these games because they become the character. The character is their avatar.
VR doesn't work for games with 3rd person Camera. I like 3rd person Camera for story telling and cinematic experience. I don't really see characters as extension of myself. I see them as characters. The point VR is to become the character. You won't become the character in 3rd person camera.
Most male players of Resident will rather see Ada Wong in 3rd person if they control her over 1st person.

In first person camera I will only see her hands. In 3rd person they can see her on that tight red dress.
It's a crime to see Ada Wong in first person, someone this hot should be in 3rd person camera.

Last reason is Motion sickness. I swear I feel like vomiting and I feel dizzy after 35 minutes of VR. They need to do something to make sure players wont get dizzy.
