I did that and tried a funny word "Tunda", you can also use your own but it will bring a certain result of your choice is not sure.

When I typed just forumcoin they told me it's "a Japanese electronic currency and cryprocurrency" The 'word' that was autogenerated and its definition was about to give me a headache so that's how come I tried forumcoin instead. It's an interesting site indeed. If you enter an actual word they'll tell you it's "a word that probably exists" but still give you an alternative (their) definition of it.

Yes, I've noticed some words seem to have different (or additional) meanings than what was originally understood. Then others were made up recently but can be found in the dictionary now. One such word is 'conversate' which supposedly means what converse means.

Words are one of human inventions and they can add a new words or change a meaning of a particular word. Even without the internet, humans can come up a new word and eventually be widely used. In fact, Shakespeare invent a lot of words just to rhyme with his last line.
The internet just rapidly increase the number of new words being added in the dictionary.
