It was a test for multiple use of same space rocket (until now all rockets were used only one time) but it didn't go well. Elon Musk company SpaceX test fourth version of rocket Starhopper Boca Chica but rocket exploded few seconds after test. Since rockets contains high explosive fuels, explosion was big. Even test site get some damage.

Will we see travel on Mars in our lifes? Will Elon make multiple use rocket or he will give up?

I wish Elon Musk will prioritize his "San Junipero" project instead because if we become digital avatars, We can actually go to space without dying. I use to have the childhood fantasy of Mars but I found digital afterlife more appealing now.

Well Virtual space with our virtual avatars. I do know he wants to colonize Mars and Moon. I bet he wanted to raise his son in Mars because his son have a very Alien name, is son is named X Æ A-12'

But virtual is not same as real space. I like more real space. Yes he have ideas for Mars and Moon outposts but I forgot what year he mention as goal.
