Do you consider electric scooters as a danger on the road? Do you think they need to meet more technical requirements before going out on the road?

It is not so slow with 20-30km/h average and many is even faster. It is not for city roads to.
Traditional cycles have much bigger wheels and those are much stabile. Also people don't driver it so fast.

Peoples who are using it also aware these are not for highways or crowded area, if they misuse it they will suffer. Ban is also one option to stop accidents because of these
