Skimming in Online shops

Postby raaman » 04 Sep 2020, 12:38

I think just about all of us regularly order something online, be it clothes, groceries or any other kind of stuff. But do you ever think about the safety of this method? Well, I definitely haven't.

Look at the feedback of the sellers, bad sellers and scammers have negative reviews. Look at the comment section.

I think a lot of reviews are paid. But if you check out the flipkart some of the reviews are genuine and you have to check the rating that way you can find out.

Best is ask somebody who you know did that person got product and was it good. Every online review can be fake. In start don't spend big amount of money.

You can be easily scammed in online shops. The best way to avoid this is to use a reputed platform like Amazon or eBay, or at last use paypal. Online stores like Amazon and ebay and payment system like paypal protects buyers.
