Maybe this is weird question but when I see very old type of electric switch, that don't look safe for me. Especially if owner have kids in house.
There are several designs but they are all built from plastic.

There are small ones like these.


I don't prefer those since for me it is easy to current jump and catch finger. For older people it will just scratch on finger but for kids it can be much painful.

Here are bigger models which are in my oppionon more safer and looks more modern. It helps do home design.


Some people don't like it since they think it can break easier than smaller one.

What do you think about electric swith? What types do you preffer?

I don't like the thin ones because they get lost thread faster based on my personal experience or maybe my fingers are just that heavy

Yes they can stuck in one position and it hard to move them. Or you don't even feel when it goes from up to down.

I use to have the flat ones but never again, They are not durable and they are hard to use. I want my switches thicc.

You would t belive how many times I saw this like electric switch.



This is just danger for everybody in house. It can start burn and make fire. It can electrocute somebody while it is in use. Switch are not expensive and nobody should have this like in his home.
