Do you feel confortable writing text using a mobile?

Postby Pousinha » 22 Dec 2020, 19:36

I always preferred a pc or notebook/netbook to write (and publishing) texts, especially when it comes for long articles and entire e-books. My galaxy A9 came with microsoft mobile office default and I tried various texts, as I like to have this app for free. But nothing compared with a 10, 13, 15 or more inches of a notebook screen and above all, the large notebook or pc keabord. I write very faster using a notebook compared to a mobile.

Mobile phones don't have purpose write long text, just short messages. Maybe tablet, but I am not sure. I also prefer keyboard on PC or laptop. Even when I don't have access to keyboard, I write in notebook and later retype it. It is much better for me.

I hate using my phone to write anything lengthy. I always use my desktop or laptop. I make too many mistakes if I use my phone as my fingers seem to turn into a bunch of bananas

I never use my phone to write length texts, I always prefer my desktop or laptop, besides it is more comfortable visually, the keyboard is also better.

I feel comfortable using a mobile phone to text only when it is short. If I have a long writings, I rather use my PC or palmtop to text it.

I hate it. I know there are people who write LOADS on portable devices. I don't know how they have the patience to make mistakes and edit them while typing so slowly.

This lengthy reply was written on a fancy PC keyboard with shiny lights.

There is an acquaintance of mine who is so clever to write long texts and participates in various forum only using a mobile. This because can't afford to buy a pc/notebook or even a tablet. I would like to learn how to write faster and without mistakes using a mobile, instead of feeling so unconfortable. I could finally make use of default office for mobiles to write my e-books and articles. A mobile substituting a pc would let us to spare lot of money, but unfortunately it's only a dream now.

I am not comfortable using my fingers to type, therefore, I don't use handheld devices if I have to type. I don't like texting and I don't like chat. I always envy people who type well with just two fingers.
