Ecosia is good for both pc/notebook and mobile too, installing it as an app (like happens with chrome, opera, etc.). Once installed, it's only to begin browsing and each 45 browsing researches, it means a new planted tree. Ecosia was involved helping trees in the case of australian fire that unfortunately destroyes lot of nature
I prefere the use ecosia in my mobile (the galaxy one, as the local brand one hasn't free space to host many apps), downloaded android app. I noticed it's not so powerful as chrome, opera and edge, so I can't substitute edge in the notebook, being currently the only browser better running in my old toshiba sat, but I find it perfect in my galaxy A9, capable of supporting 3 different browsers. Who owns a pc/notebook with advanced features can download ecosia to be a companion browser in addition to chrome, edge, opera, etc.
