blogger for professional blogs for beginners?

Postby Pousinha » 03 Jan 2021, 17:10

Experts say the perfect professional blog doesn't combine well with blogger. But point is to consider a beginner or a pennyless student needing a professional blog and blogger is 100% free. No needing of a second level domain name, no needing of an external hosting. Both of these feature cost and the beginner, in my opinion, needs to earn before investing in a more professional blog. In addition, blogger provides at least the basics to stay in line with the privacy, cookies and maybe GDPR laws. So maybe no need to pay a web-agency for this purpose.

Follow this advice and you might as well take out a gun and shoot yourself in the foot.
It's common knowledge that free blog sites are prone to restrictions and can be shut down without notice for trying to make money in any way. The cost to eliminate that risk is as low as $5 or $10 a month with a free domain name included. If you can't make that much from your project, you are not ready to start your own blog.

This unofficial blog was posted by one guy which used to get a lot of traffic then that guy stopped maybe moved to some company, still this blog gets a lot of traffic.

https://googlesystem.blogspot.com/

Google does give some weight to blogger blogs. Only thing about professional blogging is using domain name and not subdomain like (wordpress and blogger subdomains).

I used to have an account with blogger. Unfortunately, I lost my camera and I have never blogged since. There is nothing holding me back so maybe this time around I may go back to blogging and I may consider eBlogger cause I have no source of money to purchase a domain name and hosting but this post has been of great help generally speaking.

I think for starters its okay to use blogger until yoh are able to save up for a better none such as a dot com or dot org which can really be good for a powerful blog. That is my thought for the best way to start blogging.

I hope not having raised misunderstandings. Currently, I'm not in need of raising a blog, but I know lot of people among all the forums I attend or moderate is in need. And between those users, I have personal friends young students or workmen that cannot spend a single penny, right as sweerie_banana says:

A student or housewife or worse, an unemployee cannot think about spending a single penny if first doesn't receive any income. That's the point: how do you spent even 10 dollars (or your country currency) if you don't earn even 1 dollar? :?: An young student maybe gets ashamed going begging and begging to his/her parents and these latter may think children are eager to waste their money
That's the reason I talked about beginners and not experienced. In any way, I understand if even a beginner (and pennyless) maybe forced to 100% professional domain, hosting and web-agency (this can be avoided if the user is an expert in the IT area).

I am one of those people who don't have a penny to buy a domain. I want to start blogging nonetheless. That is one of the reasons I have been postponing to start a blog. I want to start earning first then afterward I may consider buying hosting from the dormains.

He is from USA, Oregon, as we see he added his location to profile. In any way, I need to add that living in a top tier country doesn't mean being safe from poverty. Unfortunately USA has a great and increasing number of homeless, thanks to politicians in the last century destroyed wealfare system :x

This is one of the reasons I opened such a thread. I'd like my thread would be helpful to find a for free solution for users like swerie_banana.

This is the reason I talked about established business.
But we need pennyless solutions too.

We can discuss this all day, but the real solution is to take action.

Even a 3rd world broke beginner can start a blog from earnings on Forum Coin. You do not need a domain name if you host with Angry Hosting for $1 a month and you can earn that $1 on Forum Coin quite easily.

You do not need WordPress if you take the bull by the horns and download a free responsive html template to edit with a free text editor like Notepad++ to create your own blog for free.

Your blog will be faster than a free WordPress blog and automatically backed up with every change you make.

Interesting, very good, 1 dollar per month :D . Do you also have some ideas to avoid paying web-agencies to keep the blog in line with privacy, cookies, GDPR and what else coming soon? In my opinion, the reason of these laws is not EU really having at heart our privacy, but to force people to spend until the least saved penny :x . Unfortunately latin America accepted these foreign laws, as european people easily end up visiting for ex. a blog from Argentina after a google search.

Nice, I now have another option. I will consider the best alternative. Yes, $ 1 is really cheap.
