Android apps running in a PC or notebook

Postby Pousinha » 08 Feb 2021, 14:48

Did you ever tried to run a Google Play Store app, obviously designed for Android O.S., in a PC or notebook? I know there is a program that emulates Android in a Windows O.S., but whatever could be the reason, in my Toshiba Sat notebook it didn't work. Does it work only in a desktop PC?

Hello ptrikha, the only thing I know is there is a program named BlueStacks (be careful to only get into the official homepage) to install in a windows environment to run Android. But unfortunately, my Toshiba sat refused it. I still don't know if the fault was on the hardware, windows release (that is an upgrade from windows 8) or other software stuff.

Bluestacks require good PC performance.
OS: Microsoft Windows 7 and above.
Processor: Intel or AMD Processor.
RAM: Your PC must have at least 4GB of RAM. ( ...
Storage: 5GB Free Disk Space.

Did you try some others like YouWave or Nox?

Curiously, in spite of being too old, my notebook where didn't work have superior of described features: windows 10 (upgraded from 8), intel pentium, RAM 6 giga, storage 130 free space :?
No, finally I didn't try any other, as when I purchased the A9, I wasn't any more in need of emulating Android on the notebook.
