Virtual hearing mishap

Postby Netherrealmer » 11 Feb 2021, 11:44

So a Lawyer use his secretary's laptop during a Virtual hearing. Many court cases these days uses Zoom for Covid safety. Little did the Lawyer know, His secretary's little daughter plays around with zoom and turned on a cat filter.

The Lawyer being a Boomer is not good at technology so he was at Panic during the trial because of the cat filter. The filter is so good because it still captures his anxiety.

The Judge took pity and thought him how to turn off the filter in the end. I love how his voice matches with the kitten.

A congressman in the US also becomes a filter victim. He becomes upside down during the online congressional hearing.

Somebody please teach these older people how to use technology.

This one happened in the UK, Instead of a filter the pet cat of the Parliament rep interrupts the meeting

Haha. Poor boomers.
But sometimes, young people take advantage of computer illiterate people, usually old people to make fun on them. Just like the incident where the singaporean teacher lecturing online for two, and unknowingly he's muted for the whole 2 hours.

Hey, I'm a boomer and I think my computer skills are pretty good. Admittedly I don't know everything a young person would but I think I have pretty good basic skills. I see people here (seemingly much younger than me) asking how to post pictures, something I worked out for myself years ago.
