It's really annoying having to put my passcode in every time I pick up my phone but for some reason the facial recognition won't work although it did previously. I have reset it, updated it and switched it on and off but it still doesn't work. Does anyone have any suggestions?

Maybe there is problem with camera. Wipe it out with paper or send it to repair shop.

I found a scratch on my screen protector which I think maybe causing the problem. It wasn't that visible but I could feel it. I've actually gone back to android. I'm using a Huawei Psmart2020 which I think is a brilliant phone and better for reward sites. I couldn't get the Cointiply app on iphone as they don't like cryptocurrency but I can use it on my android. It's a much better phone and only cost a fraction of what my iphone did.
