Which is easier for a beginner to learn, Photoshop Express or Lightroom?

I am trying some photo-editing apps on my Android phone and tablet. Now I came across a couple of Adobe products, namely Adobe Photoshop Express and Lightroom. I am no stranger to Adobe Photoshop. I have used the program for several years, thus getting familiar with both apps was rather quick. Although, I find the unorthodox way of saving files in Lightroom quite intriguing at first.

Ok, my real goal is to find some easy-to-use photo-editing tools that I teach to users who are not inclined to spend so much time in photo-editing. So my question is, which is easier for a beginner to learn, Photoshop Express or Lightroom?

I haven't tried photoshop express but I tried adobe lightroom on my mobile phone. My friend told me editing in adobe lightroom is easy. You can download and import some presets and use that to automatically edit your photo without manually editing the picture.

I have not seen these two much but from what I have read or heard, Lightroom looks better. Still, you can experiment with these two and see which one is better.

Do you think it is good idea use this tools on smartphones? These tools require good computers and I am not sure how it will work on smartphone. Also smartphones have small screens and photo editors like big screens. To many functions will not be visible.

That is true but if the photo doesn't need to be heavily edited then lightroom is enough to edit a dull photo into a better one. Many prefer to use Lightroom because they can import created presets and immediately edit their photo.
