I have a friend who works from home and she said although she liked it at first she now longs to get out of the house and go back to normal because she feels so confined all the time. I don't think it suits everyone and being stuck in the house all the time can cause mental health issues for some. I suppose it would be different if we weren't locked down because people would be able to get out and about more between working hours.
I'm retired but I when I first gave up work I did miss my work colleagues so I guess that would be another factor for some. I know we have zoom and webinars but it isn't quite the same as real life interaction.
