Well Mutahar has really done it this time. he did something really stupid he updated the oldest windows to keep updating to the newest one! Let's see if he was able to do it. This is interesting lol

In Windows 95 you can use animated GIFs as wallpapers!

Oh yeah I love windows 95 and 98 those were the best so many things you could do as well papers animate your toolbar. And the best part ? they were the best PC to play Doom on... lol
