What's the point in being educated??

Postby Shraddha » 13 Jun 2021, 19:46

Go to bed now, you have to wake up early in the morning for school tomorrow....
We streamlined the schools, colleges to be a scale for measuring the child. A job to judge the lifestyle and security of a person.

All these Stereotypes ended, when a pandemic spread over across the globe.
We are advanced sufficiently to blindfolded belief about the education system.

It's high time we realise that we are forgetting our roots. We reached to the moon and even discovered a blackhole beyond the Milky-way. Its not easy I respect the work of those scientists... Pity that there is a show of dominance of nation over the other in every aspect... What for???
We sorted out AI technologies so much that we built walls around each other and reaching out for a machine to interact??!!

Many gaming themes come up with these post apocalyptic scenarios of survival or fights with zombies or games about destroying the opponents to win. A cycle of these been imbibed in our brain and we find it enthusiasm in these nowadays.

Boundaries define our race, our language, culture...we fail to realise we have the same genetic material but ofcourse with a slight change of sequence in it adding to our individual differences.

It's high time we realised what is the important thing or lesson or a message that we need to build or pass on to the next generation.

Whats your opinion?!?!

I am not surprised by reading your post! In fact, some of us so desperate that we have tons of questions in our mind, negative and positive both and that reflects in our posts and comments. What I feel is that the first point is your post itself. You exactly know how to steam off your frustration or tell others to do something for the coming generation.

That's a good point that you made there in the post and we all have those questions in our mind. And surprisingly we have the answers also there within us but we do not want to confront it or we just escape it as we fear to be left alone or sidelined in mainstream society.
Human beings are human as we have our individual conscience along with a group conscience, unlike animals who only have a group conscience. But unfortunately, we all live our individual conscience behind and follow the trend.

The way we evaluate our lives can be very unique from one person to the other. The purpose of serving a course can sometimes be meaningless to us.

To see the true importance of a path, we need to be happy and not be alone. If not, good things, will look so gory. Mop!

I see your point. People nowadays are very isolated, and of course that's something that the pandemic has made even worse. But I don't think education is to blame for that. There are a lot of factors in our lives that influence that - working too much (which is not necessarily determined by how educated you are) and leading very quick lifestyles leads to social relationships going lower on our list of priorities.
That said, I think that many things could be part of the education system that could teach people to live more balanced lives and respect each other more.

Well from my own point of view is for you to get more knowledge and understanding of things and for u to earn living for yourself and to take care of your family but now even people with no education is better than those that have the certificate of what have learned.
