Mechanical Technology

I freaking love Hand food processors!

They are more slick, They save me money from electric bills and they are easier to clean.

Compare that to this bulky machine

I already purchased some replacement blade just in case my mechanical food processor gets stale. This is the first time the low tech item is superior than the one that uses electricity.

First one is good when you have enough strength in hands and enough time. When you put electric in function, while it works you can do something else.

They are actually fast, I can make a coleslaw in seconds with the hand processor. It has larger blade than blenders so that makes it fast. As in a minute I can puree things. You cannot use it for smoothies though because it cannot blend ice.

In some cases, Mechanical Technology still fares better than "use-and-throw" Electrical or Electronics stuff.
We have a wired Onion and Tomato chopper which gives us good results.

Hand food processors are simple to use and make the kitchen prep easier. They are portable, and easy to store and clean. What's best is we can use it anywhere and in any situation because it doesn't depend on an electrical source.

Meanwhile the electric food processor have multiple parts and it is chaotic to assemble and clean.
