Second nation to adopt Bitcoin as legal tender : Central African Republic (CAR)

As per a news report, The Central African Republic (CAR) has adopted bitcoin as legal tender.
This move makes this country the 2nd nation (after El Salvador) in the world to officially adopt BTC as a lawful currency, enabling its citizens to use it in regular commerce as well as to pay taxes.

The country with a Former President named Goodluck Jonathan and also the country who tries to deal with Christian Terrorists. Yes Christian terrorists exist.

Does country offer some protection if Bitcoin price go down hard or up? Crypto price goes up and down much faster and for much bigger percent.

We knew it was coming and it won't be much longer before others jump in. Paraguay and Panama is said to be considering this move as well.

In my (and many others') opinion, terrorism has no religion except for killings and injuring others.
Its another thing that we have more terrorists from one religion than others, which often defames good folks from that religion.
The only way to deal with Terrorists is a good Army or Police.

In case of Salvador, country is now in problems but president annouce buy another 500 bitcoins.
Does Central Africa Republic plan something like BitcoinCity in Salvador?

That is difficult to say. I would have to check more news.
Yet one report says that the El Salvador experiment with legalizing BTC has not been going that well.
