5G internet for home

Postby Streamguy69 » 30 Apr 2022, 12:54

I recently switched my home internet from a local company to my cellphone provider after I got a call from them about a promotion they were running. At first I told them I was working and did not have time to talk. I told them to call me back on friday. I got a call on wednesday and the woman told me that she did not know how long the promotion was for. I was still skeptical but I told her send me the modem and I will try it out for 30 days and see if it works for what I need. I am in day 2 and I am enjoying it. The only thing I had to do was call them and tell them I have a video doorbell that only runs off of 2.4 and not 5G so they helped me so I can run both. I currently stream iptv and a lot of other apps with an android box and multiple firesticks. Also I run a few tablets and a couple of laptops. There are no glitches. if it continues to work good, I will keep the service.

Maybe off topic, but your IPTV depend on servers to. Not just about your internet connection. We had problems with IPTV when servers are overloaded with request. IPTV is not fully legal.

I haven't tried using it but it sounds good, I still use 4G internet on my phone but I am ok with it. I may think of upgrading it many years later.

I am on 4G network and currently I don't need 5G. It is expensive and 4G is good enough for all my needs. I also stream series and sport events.

Do you have National Geographic and History Channesll on Youtube.tv? Maybe Eurosport or some channel with Championship League and Europa League?
