Figuring out problems with reception is a hit and miss mission. There could be home construction material blocking signals that can change depending on where you place your home router. There are so many different kinds of things that each have their own signal frequencies that you may have to take time to turn each one completely off for some testing period to find which is causing interference. You may never find it if it is something a neighbor is using.
Although rare, it could even be line problems from your provider. In my case, it was my computer that had issues with connections. I had a terrible time with disruptions for several years. The provider repair service had to check connections dozens of times but they could not find the problem. After probably 50 visits, they finally tested each connection in their lines and found a system component miles from my home that was filled with insects. They replaced that single component and that was what finally resolved my connection issues. It took them several years to find that problem. Cell phone connections may have similar issues in their network. Good luck.
