I found two sites.
First Cleverbot. It didn't understand almost any question.
Second is Chai. It was nice conversation, more natural, but it didn't know answer for question how tall is Eiffel tower but it did know who is most popular Portugeese football player.

I also stumbled over another site with different research that can lead you to indepth learning on how to set up and use ai, including related software

Never mind this one. It is a complete prank site.

Other than a quick test of asknobody, I have not researched within nor used the sites themselves. There were quite a few results by searching "ask ai Q&A resources"
