Standing tables have been available on the market for many years, but more and more people are becoming interested in them. There are more and more employees, and even gamers, who decide to buy a standing desk for a computer. The offer of such tables is growing, and in recent years there have been more and more popular tables that can be adapted for standing and sitting work.

Sitting is one of the activities that harms our health the most and leads to various pains and problems. Using a standing desk, hold your back more correctly and your weight is more properly distributed.

I work from home since COVID and do not have a standing desk. I do like the idea of having one and feel it would be beneficial to health. Perhaps the next desk I buy will have the facility to be used as a standing desk.

Most standing desk are combination of regular and standing. You can adjust height for yourself. What would be your family say if they see you standing and not sitting?

I have a standing desk at work with the option of lowering it with the controls. I have left it on low since I had it but it is nice to have the option of changing the setting to a standing desk

I had a standing desk back in the office and never used it. It was a nice option, but I personally think it's more comfortable to sit and work. I just make sure to get up every few hours to stretch.

My two sisters recently purchased two standing desks for our home though. They were $400 each, but they're super nice. It comes with wireless charging for your phone and also USB ports. The thing about standing desks is, you have to make sure to get one that's good quality. I had a coworker at work who adjusted the height of her standing desk and she couldn't put it back down . She had to stand and work for a few days and it was a nightmare. Definitely don't want that to happen to me.

Why didn't you like work and stand? It was still to low for you or you just don't like stand and work?

Not always. Sometimes the desk is simply broken and needs to be tossed out or returned. My company goes through office supplies like crazy. We spend a lot on desks, chairs, and filing cabinets every year.

I just don't like it. All the desks are adjustable so if it was too low or high for me, I can just adjust it. I just don't like standing and using a computer. It's weird to me.
