I am about due to buy a new cellular phone. I have been using Simple Mobile for years on their unlimited talk and text for $25.00 a month.

What other phone plan should I buy with a budget plan? Should I buy another Simple Mobile or get out of my comfort zone?

I use wifi. I subscribe for it monthly. Mainly because I work from home and it's rare for me to be out and about. When I do go out I just subscribe for a day subscription, which is $0.50. have you maybe made a research to see what works best for you?

Yes. I would have WiFi.

it depends what you are looking for. I have verizon because it is only $30.00 a month. there is other things I have with my phone like home internet and free streaming as well as a family plan.

I am interested already! In the neighboring town, there is a Verizon store. I figured that they would be expensive. I can handle $30.00.
