YouTube will join the streaming service wars

Postby Netherrealmer » 24 Aug 2022, 17:22

YouTube is now going to compete with Netflix, They will have a new platform called YoutubeTV, if you subscribe to this paid service, Regular Youtube will have no ads and you will have access to syndicated 3rd party movies, tv and their originals. Also there is a comment section so you can say your opinion about the show you just watched. If they want to compete with Netflix, Youtube they better have a dub and subtitles option for shows and movies from all languages.

They started it 2017! Like 5 years but it never get attention they want. Looks people like Youtube for listen music. Not for TV.
They already have good streaming services since and classic program for Youtubers is good enough.

I think competition is very healthy to the consumers. Let them compete with each other so that consumers can go for the best quality and cheaper services.

I miss the days when there is only Netflix because there are good shows I cannot watch because they are not available on my stream services.

I am sure Netflix won't be able to sustain in this streaming battle. Google is backed by several other products whereas Netflix has no. T
