Street Fighter 1 is set in 1989,Street Fighter 2 to 5 are all set in the 90s. Capcom try to stretch this videogame series by not aging the characters. Well now the characters aged because Street Fighter 6 is set in present time.

Chun-li is Born March 1 1968 so she is turning 54 years old. Cammy is now 40 years old.


That's why in Street Fighter 6, Chun-li and Cammy have less sexier outfits to make them age appropriate.


Some fans complained about Cammy's new more conservative look but she still look sexy in those Yogapants.


Ryu is born in July 21, 1964,


So he is now going to be 59,



Since the Legacy characters of Street Fighter are getting old, Capcom is hyping, Jamie,Luke and Kimberly as the new faces of Street Fighter. Luke is the one they promote the most. They made him look like Logan Paul because Logan Paul is popular to kids.



The roster of Street Fighter 6 looks cool and diverse.



Mortal Kombat characters aged too, Johnny Cage and Sonya Blade are on their 50s and have a daughter named Cassie. Tekken usually kills off or retires their female characters if they turn over 30.

Japanese Gaming industry is the one that keeps sexiness. American gaming industry are uglifying and censoring women. I had been enjoying this game a lot I haven't fought people online because the world tour is fun.

I end up loving the new characters.

Luke actually have personality compared to Ryu. No Wonder Capcom is pushing her. He also have motivation.

Manon looks happy because she is a supermodel,actress, Judo Champion and Ballerina. So many achievements but she actually is lonely. Her parents are divorced, her mom abandoned her there is an empty void on her soul. she is an overachiever who suffers from depression.

Marisa is hilarious, she wants to marry Zangief but Zangief is with Mika already. Also Marisa looks scary with her muscles.If Mika becomes dlc there will be a rivalry.

Lily is adorable but scary. Usually small characters are speedy and have low damage. Lily makes high damage because she have the moveset of her dad T.Hawk.

Kimberly is spunky, energetic, sexy and she is a personality I haven't seen in a fighting game before. Also she is the final boss of the villain JP on his arcade mode. She wants to avenge the death of her uncle who raised her.

Jamie is a Hiphop Jackie Chan. He is cool.

The best change in Street Fighter is Modern controls. Street fighter 6 is given 2 controls. Classic controls and modern controls. Classic controls have 6 buttons, weak punch, Medium Punch, strong punch, weak kick, medium king and strong kick. To make a combo you have to change different buttons and its hard for newcomers to learn.

Now they also have the option called Modern controls. and it has only 4 buttons! A punch button, kick button, combo button and a button so you can do the supers.

In classic control, You have to move your joystick ↓, ↘, → while pressing 3 punch buttons to do Ryu's Shinku Hadouken super.

In Modern control you just do → and super button.

I can do classic controls but modern controls is less straining to the hands. Also I get to introduce Street Fighter 6 to my friends who are afraid of Fighting games. With Modern controls, A newbie have a fighting chance with a veteran.
