I've used it and prefer using Chat GPT direction on the Open AI site. Have you used it @Treborika?

Microsoft have it's own A.I. called Bing A.I and it does not need ChatGpt. They also have Microsooft Offic365 Copilot.

For what did you use it?

Good question @mrki444, thanks. I've been using ChatGPT occasionally for some time now. I've asked it questions to get help in some areas, e.g. to ask for concentration tips and tips on how to meditate. I've found the answers to be informative and used them as guidelines. I am always conscious of the fact that the answers provided could be incorrect.

I've also asked ChatGPT some coding questions. This proved very useful when I wanted to understand what some CSS was doing on a web page. It wasn't quite as helpful when I was trying to understand what some complex C# code was doing.

Another use I've made of ChatGPT was to get help when writing something. E.g. when writing a list of something, I checked with ChatGPT to see if there was anything I was missing from the list. ChatGPT also proved useful in writing a summary of a longer article that I had already written myself. I copied the article into ChatGPT and asked it to summarise it. ChatGPT proved to be very good at this.

When I first got access to Bing A.I I tried some of the things I'd done in ChatGPT and didn't feel that it was as useful or as user-friendly as ChatGPT. Perhaps this was because I was more familiar with ChatGPT. Maybe I should give Bing AI another try.

Microsoft plans to integrate a chatbot similar to ChatGPT into its Bing search engine to enhance its AI capabilities.

Bing can do whatever they want. I won't be using their feature. I have never liked the Bing search engine. I don't use it.

Microsoft should just concentrate on windows so that they would not lose their market share in the mobile operating system market. They should leave AI contents generators for Chat GPT.

I have used the chat GPT integrated into Bing search. It adds additional depth to search engine results as it tries to Clue you into what you are searching for.

I just used the Bing search engine to search for a general topic. I have to say they have made some significant changes to how the search results are presented. It's actually pretty good! I love the Google search engine, but I may just start using Bing every once in a while, just to see the difference.

I think it would not hurt for Microsoft to integrate AI capabilities into its search engine. If executed properly, this initiative would help users to satisfy their AI needs without going to programs such as ChatGPT.

The measure would thus help to keep people using Microsoft's offerings.

I agree. I used to hardly ever use Bing. But with the AI feature, I don't mind using it as an alternate search engine.

Even I use relative often Bing (most often when I am in Edge) I rare use A.I option. I still prefer do some my research and visit websites to find informations. When I used A.I their results were to generic for me. Like definition from book. I still like more organic content.
