Apple Inc expands customer repairable product range

Postby germainebull » 28 Jun 2023, 14:40

Beginning June 2023, Apple Inc will allow customers to carry out repairs on an expanded range of products including the entire lineup if iPhone 14 smartphones, the M2 13-inch MacBook Pro, and the 13-inch M2 MacBook Air. For any customer wishing to repair these devices, Apple will provide support by: supplying official spare parts, offering repair tools, and providing repair instruction.

I think this development is a boost for those of us who are interested in looking at the inside of gadgets.

I guess the notion of planned obsolescence is the reason why the Apple Inc. brand is most popular among wealthy individuals or people with high amounts of disposable income. An average person would want to continue using a product for as long at it takes.

This is a very good move by Apple and would boost the demand for iPhone.

I think that Apple would be doing credible for their customers and that probably the company would build more trust by it's customers.
