i think Google mail, they have large free storage and they also have google drive that can store big files and you can download the application to your desktop and sync it to your account.

I am using gmail now after my other email service was compromised and could no longer be resolved after all the inconvenience I had been through.

Gmail is very easy and convenient to use. They segregate your mail for you into three categories aside from the spam folder. I love that new functionality.

Gmail since its fast and easy to use. Plus it's synced to other google sites and can easily log in to sites that offer a log in with gmail. If you need a quick throw away email, I'd recommend mailinator.

I use Gmail and Hotmail. I prefer Gmail, but hotmail has some good functionalities too. And has some space for we save our files.
