Hi!! Whos here playing League of Legends ! im confusing to buy a champion who will be best here?? Yasuo or Hecarim??..

if i pick Yasuo here in Philippines he is very popular Assasin in Normal and Ranked but i know his moves bit lame to play also
if i pick Hecarim im a jungler role he doesnt pick by anyone in normal i think ranked at diamond or above..

im just dont know how to pick these two! any suggestions which two are the best???

You can choose Hecarim who is a Tank meta . He is more useful than an Assassin.
