Have you tried Kongregate? It has tons of user-submitted flash games. I believe there are also options to earn, but I haven't explored this much. It's similar to Miniclip, but I think that it has an even wider selection of games.

While I was reading your post, I thought you were asking for a site that provides you information about games; I guess I was wrong. I don't know any site that allows you to earn but you can try addictinggames. They have games to play on their website.
