email filter

Postby zidannkh » 05 Sep 2015, 09:00

do you know you can filter all emails in 1 gmail account?
just go settings > POP/IMP > enter email (now go to your email and you'll get confirmation email, just confirm then go back) > click on filter all emails in 1 account and click on save settings...
now your all email will be sent on your filter email and you don't need to open all emails everyday :D

Yes I am aware of this. But Google has this nice settings where you can set the emails into Primary, Social and Promotions. I have filtered emails too and those emails that obviously spamming goes to spam folder. :D

I am a yahoo user and my filters are in particulars depending on the sender. For example, all emails coming from Facebook will go to a particular folder. I also have a spam filter.
