On my laptop, the wireless signal button also works as bluetooth button. I use my laptop's bluetooth to not only transfer files to and fro, but also connect internet from phone. Does your computer have bluetooth?

Yes, I have bluetooth on my laptop, but I only use it for little experiences: trying my BT running phones, trying to use an old BT mouse (lost it's BT dongle; seems that computer BT doesnt function properly with that) and retrieving something from my smartphone.

No i don' have Bluetooth in my laptop ! and even if i have it i don't see any important using it . I prefer The USB cable to transfert data from or to my laptop Faster and Easier without any problems

I thought bluetooth came automatic with all laptops these days..
I have bluetooth but i dont use it for data transfers etc, i use it for my headset to listen to stuff playing from my computer

No, only even wi-fi. Although sometimes a bluetooth becomes useful, yet it is rarely used. Well, at least for me I see no great need to use it.

One of my laptop has bluetooth and I have a bluetooth adapter for my other computers. However, I rarely use it... I bought the adapter and it is still in the box
The only useful application that I found in bluetooth is connecting to bluetooth speakers... But the only one that I have are broken

Yup. I have bluetooth. I always forget to turn it off though which wastes battery. I use bluetooth to connect to my speakers when I'm in the shower haha. My laptop has my full spotify playlist offline whereas my phone has <200 songs.

No, it does not have blue tooth, I don't think I see a need of it for me to be honest with you. If i had it , I don't even think I would probably use it. I probably wouldn't buy it with this feature, not really something I need.

i have a laptop and have blue tooth button but no blue tooth in laptop just the empty slot in it need to install blue tooth after then it works some companies are not install already

I have Bluetooth in mine, but when I tried to use it it said that it was not turned on. But there is no button for it. So I don't seem to be able to turn it on...even though I have it.

It's also totally possible I'm doing it completely wrong.

Yes, my laptop has bluetooth but in all honesty, I very rarely use it. It wasn't until this week actually that I needed to use it because I wanted to use some photos on my phone for an article I did for one of my other sites. I couldn't work it out, so I had to get my husband to help me LOL

I have to check for the blue tooth in my laptop. Mine is hp laptop bought only a couple of months back. I thought bluetooth is available only for mobile phones . So never checked in the laptop. Now after going through this thread i came to know that laptop also contains bluetooth facility. So i will ask my son who ordered it to me by flipkart may be knowing about it..

If you want to transfer a file of any kind like documents, video, images or photos, using the bluetooth facility could save you from possible virus intrusion in your laptop or PC, than inserting them by using a USB from the source.

mine doesn't have but the previous organization I worked for all the laptops had the Bluetooth.
