Cybrary is an online academy which offers a lot of courses in internet security and programming. All the courses are free and you ca get a certificate of completion. Since I am very interested in internet security and programming I created and account but I have a little program because I need to invite some friends to the website and none of the people I know is interested in programming . I don't earn money with this invitations neither you can earn money on the website but I need to find people interested in learning programming.

It is interesting. I am a bit interested in simple programming. What I don't understand from that site is the work of hacking. Why hacking? Isn't hacking is a cybercrime?

There are professional hackers in the IT industry. So basically, corporations running a website will hire these professional hackers so they can try to "penetrate" their network security. It is in preparation for cyber attacks so they know which part of their firewall is vulnerable or try to test if the security is strong enough. The "i love you virus" makers were hired by Microsoft after the incident if I am not mistaken as professional hackers.
