I guess we need more forum owners to join PL. Otherwise it'd not be much easy tor each payout.

If you have a good rating even with one forum one can earn more than a dollar per day which I think is a good thing

* * Oh! That makes it easy. Now I get it! Duh! :?
I've just never been at a site that works this way. It makes sense though. To have everything all in one spot.

As of today I have about 25 points. Which makes mathematical sense because I have 21 posts and I think it's 1 point per post. Not sure where the extra 4 points came from but I'll take them.
:D

If you look on your dashboard you will see your rating. Next to that you should see how many, if any, bonus points you get per post. Currently, you're getting about 1.2 points per post if you have 25 points and only made 21 posts.

I just got rated, ugh. Not terrible, but not high like my others either. It brought my overall rating down a bit, but at least it didn't lower my bonus.

* * Uummm ... I'm not complaining because there is an income potential. But I have to say my first impression of Postloop still stands. It's kind of "loopy". But I can work with it.

I made hay while it was shining. I had so many interesting forums. But even now if one has a good rating it is easy to earn even with one forum but it will take a bit longer.

Value of a post is calculated based on your 7 day average which mine at this moment is 1.6 compared to 1.47 which is the average for all postloop users.

I didn't realise that. My average is normally a bit higher than the general average which must be why I always get the 5 points for a topic. I'm surprised though as on some days I don't post that much.

I did 3 topics but the points given were 3 points not 10 points. How did you get 10 points?

I can only subscribe and leave comments. Where can i create new topics?

So you haven't created any new topics? You click on 'Create' at the top of the page and it will give you options on the type of topics you can create.

I get what you mean now. A topic is a completely new thread that you create for people to comment on. If you have previously commented on topics that other people created then your points are correct. We get one point per comment and 5 for creating a new topic. If you've made 3 comments then you would get 3 points.

Thanks very much, I understand now. No wonder my points are always so low.

Your rating will also affect your points and I don't know what that is but if you do well you may get a better one and then you will earn more.

My rate is 4.0 but my average rate is 3.64

How do I increase my rate? Any advice?

If you look at your dashboard you will find information about your post rate. They also mention the average post rate of users. I am attaching a print screen shot. You have to closely look at your dashboard as the rate overlaps with other text there.

If you look closely at my post rate you will see it is 1.71 against users average of 1.40 Post rate is different from your rating at postloop.

Yep, forums come and go. It can be feast or famine on any site like this.

I try to check the forum lists regularly. I'd also recommend checking the rules for each site frequently, since some seem to change.

You're talking about at the SuperiorThan forum. Right? I've never tried to create a topic there. The topics created are already very interesting.

I did create a topic for ForumPromotion. I was just testing the waters. It was about old movies I like.

How much time it usually takes to get paid from postloop these days? I thought they used to pay in 1 day. Now I don't think that's possible.

I usually get paid within 24 hours and on occasions I think it was very quick. I don't remember ever having to wait a long time for a payment. The Forum Wheel seems to take longer.
